Spam is getting stupider

Just got this right now and had to put it up. Yes it probably got through some spam filters but why bother?
Is quite literally everything it says. Unless it has subliminal messages built in, I don't get it. Maybe it's designed to eat me up inside until I don't know what to do and just buy everything! Argh! MUST BUY THINGS!!!!
